BuzzStar Community Guidelines
BuzzStar connects fans and creators through live, paid 1-on-1 video calls. These guidelines exist to keep every call safe, respectful, and worth showing up for. They apply to everyone on the platform — fans and creators alike.
By using BuzzStar, you agree to follow these guidelines. Violating them can result in warnings, suspension, or permanent removal from the platform.
1. Be Respectful
Creators are real people. Fans are real people. Treat them like it.
No bullying, intimidation, or personal attacks
No unwanted sexual comments or advances
No targeting someone based on race, gender, sexuality, religion, disability, or appearance
If you wouldn’t say it to someone’s face in public, don’t say it on a call
2. Keep It Clean
BuzzStar is not an adult platform. Calls must stay appropriate.
No nudity or sexual content
No hate speech, slurs, or discriminatory language
No illegal activity, including drug use on camera
No spam, scams, or attempts to collect personal information
No promotion of self-harm, violence, or dangerous behavior
3. No Recording
Calls on BuzzStar are private. That’s the whole point.
Do not screen-record, screenshot, or capture calls in any way
Do not share, post, or distribute call content without explicit written permission from the other party
Violation of this policy may result in immediate permanent ban and potential legal action
4. One Strike Stuff
Some things get you banned instantly. No warning, no appeal.
Threats of violence or harm
Racial slurs or hate speech directed at another person
Requests for illegal services or activity
Any content involving minors in a sexual context
Doxxing or sharing someone’s private information
Impersonating another person or creator
5. Creator Responsibilities
If fans pay, you call. That’s the deal.
Honor your pricing and availability — don’t bait-and-switch
Show up as yourself — no fake accounts, no impersonation
Be present on calls — fans are paying for your time and attention
Do not direct fans off-platform to avoid BuzzStar fees
6. Fan Responsibilities
You’re paying for a real conversation with a real person. Act like it.
Respect the creator’s time and boundaries
Do not request personal contact info, social media follows, or off-platform meetups
Do not attempt to circumvent payment through chargebacks or fraud
7. Enforcement
BuzzStar enforces these guidelines at its sole discretion. Depending on severity:
Level
What Happens
Warning
First-time minor violations. You’ll be notified and the behavior is logged.
Suspension
Repeated violations or serious single incidents. Temporary loss of access.
Permanent Ban
One-strike violations or pattern of abuse. Account permanently removed. No refunds on pending balances.
8. Reporting
If something goes wrong on a call, report it immediately.
Use the in-app report button during or after any call
Reports are reviewed by the BuzzStar team, not automated systems
False or abusive reporting may itself result in enforcement action
For urgent safety concerns, contact support@buzzstar.com
These guidelines may be updated from time to time. Continued use of BuzzStar after changes constitutes acceptance. Last updated: April 2026.
